The Sonoma County Bee Company reached out to have custom characters created, including those based on queen, forager, nurse, undertaker, guard, and drone bees. After developing sketch concepts, the pieces were fully illustrated and designed for die-cut stickers to be sold alongside their products.

Concepts and Final Linework After a series of internal sketch concepts, digital sketches were presented to the client. The pieces were then taken into Illustrator to clean and refine.
Color Options In addition to the white background, different color combinations were provided to ensure the client had several options to choose from, including a solid color border or a clear vinyl background.
Final Design The final design that was chosen included the crisp, white background, which allowed the simple color scheme and linework to stand out.
Final Stickers The designs were produced as high-quality, waterproof die-cut stickers shown here with Sonoma County Bee Company products.
